Technical Assessment
A practical take-home task (2–3 hours) relevant to your role. We focus on your thinking process and problem-solving approach, not just the final answer.
Technical Interview
A 60-minute deep-dive with the technical team. Expect to discuss your assessment, system design thinking, and relevant domain knowledge.
Director Round
A conversation with one of our Directors to align on culture, values, career trajectory, and expectations. This is as much about you evaluating us as us evaluating you.
Offer & Onboarding
